金属3Dプリント受託造形サービス

当社は2023年10月1日から金属3Dプリントの受託造形サービスを開始いたしました。
造形から表面仕上げまでワンストップで製作が可能となります。
廃盤となった金物のワンオフ製作、金型レスによる製作、複数部品の一体化によるコストダウン、ハニカム構造により軽量化、量産対応に向けた少量試作にも対応いたします。

■造形可能サイズは最大で280ｘ280ｘ350㎜
■3Dデータ(Stp,Step,obj,Stl形式)の入稿が必要となります。
■取扱金属 アルミ(AISi10Mg）やステンレス(SUS316）、チタン(Ti34)など用途に応じた様々な金属3D造形に対応可能です。
■造形品は必要に応じて機械加工、溶接、マイクロショップピーニング、表面研磨を施すことが可能です。

As of October 1, 2023, our company has commenced providing metal 3D printing contract manufacturing services. We offer a one-stop solution for production, covering everything from shaping to surface finishing. Our services include one-off production of discontinued metal parts, mold-less production, cost reduction through the integration of multiple components, lightweight designs using honeycomb structures, and small-batch prototyping for mass production readiness.

■ The maximum printable size is 280 x 280 x 350 mm.
■ Submission of 3D data (in Stp,Step,obj,Stl format) is required.
■ We can work with various metals for 3D printing, such as aluminum (AISi10Mg), stainless steel (SUS316), and titanium (Ti34), depending on the application.
■ Additional processes like machining, welding, micro shot peening, and surface polishing can be applied to the printed items as needed.
